When you apply, CDL Driver Hire and Roger That Recruiting may collect your name, email address, mobile number, location, job preferences, application details, and records of your communication choices.
How we use information
We use this information to review applications, contact applicants, coordinate interviews and onboarding, match qualified drivers with participating employers, maintain records, and operate and improve our recruiting services.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver communications on our behalf. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Application sharing
Application information may be provided to participating employers when necessary to evaluate you for a position or complete hiring and onboarding. This does not include permission for those parties to use your mobile information for unrelated marketing.
